Mrs. Pauls Haddock Fillets Lightly Breaded - 2 CTHaddock (Fish, Sodium Tripolyphosphate To Retain Fish Moisture), Bread Crumbs (Wheat Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast), Vegetable Oil (Cottonseed And/Or Canola, And/Or Sunflower, And/Or Soybean With TBHQ And Citric Acid As Preservatives), Water, Wheat Flour. Contains 2% Or Less Of: Wheat Flour (Enriched With Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Salt, Soybean Oil, Modified Food Starch, Salt, Sugar, Wheat Flour, Extractives Of Paprika (Color), Dextrose, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Spice.Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165°F. Promptly refrigerate any unused cooked haddock fillets. Microwave preparation is not recommended. Cooking Instructions: Cooking Directions For Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove fish from plastic pouch before cooking. 2. Place frozen haddock fillets in a single layer evenly distributed on a shallow metal baking pan. Place pan on middle oven rack. 3. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes, or until crunchy and browned.
