Mrs. Pauls Fillets Beer Battered - 10 CTPollock (Fish, Sodium Tripolyphosphate To Retain Fish Moisture), Water, Cottonseed And/Or Soybean Oil, Wheat Flour, Yellow Corn Flour, Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour [Enriched with Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Salt, Soybean Oil) Contains 2% Or Less Of: Beer (Water, Rice, Cornstarch, Barley Malt, Hop Extract, Yeast), Modified Food Starch, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate),Yeast Extract, Salt, Sugar, Dextrose, Natural Flavors, Onion Powder.Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Cooking directions for conventional oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove fish from plastic pouch before cooking. 2. Place frozen fish in a single layer evenly distributed on a shallow metal baking pan. Place pan on middle oven rack. 3. Bake uncovered 22 to 24 minutes, or until crispy and browned. Turn fish over halfway through baking. Let stand 5 minutes. Microwave preparations is not recommended. Keep frozen until ready to use.
