Place Cupcake cases in bun/muffin tin. Cupcake cases included.1 Beat cake mix, oil, water and eggs in a medium bowl on low speed for 30 seconds; increase speed to medium for further 2 minutes (or beat for 3 minutes with large spoon or wire whisk).2 Spoon into cupcake cases. Bake for 16 minutes or until skewer inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool completely.3 Beat icing with the milk in a small bowl until smooth, spread over cooled cupcakes with the back of a spoon.
