Vanilla Cream MixSugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat, glucose syrup, mono- and diglyceride, modified starch, milk protein, gelatine, aroma, salt.Vanilla Cake Cream Mix from the Master Bakers at Dr. Oetker. Now your traditional German Torte will be easy to prepare and will taste just right - not too sweet! You need only add Milk, Butter and the Cake Base. If you can't locate your old German recipe, one is provided on the package and translated under cooking-instructions. You'll find an added stiffness in your finished product to prevent the cream from spilling out of your cake. Vanilla Cream Mix - Ingredients and Preparation: 1 package Vanilla cream mix powder, 10oz (300ml) cold milk and 7oz(200g) softened butter. Combine cream powder mix, softened butter and cold milk in large bowl, mix with hand mixer on low setting then switch to highest setting for about 2 minutes until mix is creamy. Biskuitteig (Sponge Cake) - Ingredients and Preparation: 2 eggs, 2 egg yolk, 3 oz (70g) sugar, 1 bag Dr. Oetker Vanilla-Sugar, 1 ½ oz (40g) wheat flour. Preheat oven to 400 °F. Beat eggs and egg yolk with hand mixer for about 1 minute. Combine sugar and Vanilla sugar and add to bowl, beat for another 2 minutes. Finally stir in flour and mix on lowest setting. Place dough on greased baking tray (16”x 12”) lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Immediately after baking, invert Biskuit onto sugar-coated parchment paper. Let cool. Carefully remove parchment paper before spreading the Vanilla Cream Mix onto Biskuit.
