Add 3-5 minutes to bake time for dark or coated pans. Cake is done if toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 15 minutes (tube pan 25 minutes) . Remove from pan & cool top side up. Frost when completely cooled. Store loosely covered. Two 8 inch round pans: 350 degrees F; bake time: 28-32 minutes. Two 9 inch round pans: 350 degrees F; bake time 24-28 minutes. One 13 x 9 inch pan: 350 degrees F; bake time 28-32 minutes. One 10 inch or fluted tube pan: 350 degrees F; bake time 33-38 minutes. 24 cupcakes - fill 1/2 full: 350 degrees F; bake time 14-18 minutes. Natural and artificial flavors. Since 1945.
