Duval-Leroy Precieuses Parcelles Clos des Bouveries 2006
Short Description
The cuvée is vintage each year and half of which is vinified in oak barrels.
The dress is shimmering gold
On the nose and on the palate: beautiful harmony between woody notes and mineral purity. Dense, complex and silky texture
To be served around 10 ° C so as not to erase the delicate scent of vine flower.
Goes very well as an aperitif with coiled smoked fish such as salmon or wild trout. Perfect with shellfish or white butter fish.
It was in 1859 that Maison Duval-Leroy was created by the association of Armand Leroy and Jules Duval.
Today the house cultivates 200 hectares planted mainly with Chardonnay grapes on plots classified Grand Cru or Premier Cru at the top of the Crus scale created in 1911.
This Maison based in Vertus en Champagne is currently run by the 6th generation.
The House now produces many qualities, each more remarkable than the next.
