On the nose: very pleasant touches of roasted dried fruits and nougat.

On the palate: lots of red fruits with hints of Burlat cherry or cherry from the Basque country, gariguette strawberries and crushed raspberries.

To be served between 8 and 10 ° C.

Food and wine pairing: accra from Martinique, rolls of dried duck breast coated with Agen prunes, also with red meat such as tournedos Rossini.

It was in 1859 that Maison Duval-Leroy was created by the association of Armand Leroy and Jules Duval.

Today the house cultivates 200 hectares planted mainly with Chardonnay grapes on plots classified Grand Cru or Premier Cru at the top of the Crus scale created in 1911.

This Maison based in Vertus en Champagne is currently run by the 6th generation.

The House now produces many qualities, each more remarkable than the next.
