Food Club Brown Rice, Long GrainLONG GRAIN BROWN RICEUse this quick method for 3 cups of cooked food club brand brown rice. Stovetop: combine in a 2 quart saucepan, 1 cup food club brown rice, 2- 1/2 cups water, 1 tbsp. Oil or margarine, optional. Stir lightly; bring to a rolling boil and reduce heat to simmer. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and simmer for 30-35 minutes. Salt to taste. Fluff and serve.
