Our Family Pudding And Pie Filling Instant, VanillaFood Starch Modified, Maltodextrin, (from Tapioca and Corn), Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate and Disodium Phosphate (for Thickening), Contains 2% or Less of Salt, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Titanium Dioxide (for Color), Xanthan Gum (for Smooth Texture), Mono and Diglycerides (Prevent Foaming), Aspartame, (Sweetener), Acesulfame Potassium, (Sweetener), Artificial Flavors, Nonfat Dry Milk, Yellow 5, Yellow 6. Contains milk. Phenylketonurics: Contains phenylalanine.Pudding: Pour 2 cups of cold milk into bowl. Add mix. Beat with a wire whisk, rotary beater, or electric mixer at lowest speed until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Shaker Method: Pour milk into a leak proof 1-quart container. Add mix. Cover tightly; shake vigorously at least 45 seconds. Pour at once into dishes; pudding will be soft set and ready to eat in 5 minutes. For Pie: Prepare as for pudding, using only 1-3/4 cups milk and beating only 1 minutes. Mixture will be thin. Pour at once into cooled, baked 8-inch pie shell. Chill at least 1 hour.
