Icing: Powdered sugar [Sugar, Cornstarch], Sugar, Water, Corn Syrup, Palm Oil, Nonfat Dry Milk, Mono-and Diglycerides, Natural Flavor, Agar, Salt, Citric Acid, Guar Gum.Sister Schubert's Bake & Serve Cinnamon Rolls. No preservatives. No artificial flavors. Made with real cinnamon. Net Wt 16 oz (454 g) . Directions Keep frozen. With an easy-open, tear-notch icing packet. Knead icing packet to soften. Tear open spout and drizzle over warm cinnamon rolls at the end of the preparation directions below. We recommend baking in a conventional oven. If you have time to thaw: Allow rolls to thaw completely in plastic bag. Preheat oven to 375┬░F. Remove plastic bag and icing packet. Place cinnamon rolls on middle rack of oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until desired browning has occurred on top & bottom. If you are preparing from frozen: Preheat oven to 375┬░F. Remove plastic bag and icing packet. Cover loosely with aluminum foil. Place cinnamon rolls on middle rack of oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until desired browning has occurred on top & bottom. If you are preparing in a microwave oven: Do not place bag or aluminum pan in microwave. Remove rolls from pan and place on microwave safe plate. Set aside icing packet. Microwave rolls on high for 1 1/2-2 minutes or until center is warm. Warnings Contains: Egg, milk, wheat.
