Maesri Prik Khing Curry PasteDried Red Chilli, Garlic, Shallot, Lemon Grass, Sugar, Salt, Kaffir Lime, Galangal, Spices.Stir fry 1 can of prik khing curry paste with 1/2 cup oil for 4 min (low heat ) add 300g of chicken or beef, then pour in 1/2 cup of water, 400g of cut long bean. until cooked add 1 tbsp. sugar sprinkle with minced kaffir lime leaves, fresh chili and roasted peanut (serve 5-6).
