Remove fillets from packaging before cooking. Conventional oven:1. Move oven rack to middle of oven. 2. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. 3. Arrange uncooked fish fillets in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between fillets. For best texture, place fillets directly on pan or use parchment paper. Foil is not recommended. 4. Bake uncovered 23 to 25 minutes* until coating is golden brown and crunchy.
