Only the finest shoots of the green tea bush are harvested and processed for Premium Kyoto Matcha. The Kyoto Matcha comes from the Uji area - this is where the most famous varieties of green tea in Japan are grown. Kyoto Matcha Tea by Arche has a very special, multi-faceted aroma ranging from aromatically fresh to subtly sweet. In addition to the intense taste, it is characterised above all by the intense green colour. Traditional preparation: Boil 150 to 200 ml of water per cup and cool to about 60 °C. Add 1/2 teaspoon (ca. 1. 5 g) Kyoto Matcha powder to each tea bowl. Pour about 2 teaspoons of water onto the powder and mix to a creamy consistency. Now pour in the remaining water and - preferably with a Matcha bamboo whisk - stir for a few seconds. Whipping vigorously creates a fine froth which is the best way to enjoy the tea.
