Arche Naturküche Organic Seaweed SpaghettiFrench brown seaweed (Himanthalia elongata), From controlled ecological collection of algae, harvested in the north-east Atlantic, gently dried at, May contain traces of crustaceans.These gently dried brown seaweed strands are called spaghetti because they are similar in appearance to spaghetti. They are a great addition to noodles dishes and vegetables too and add a wonderful mild seaweed aroma. Good to know: All seaweed varieties used in Arche products are carefully harvested, gently dried and regularly checked for heavy metal residues and iodine content. For more information about seaweed consumption please refer to the information in the section below. Preparation: Take the desired amount of seaweed in a sieve and rinse with cold water. Then soak it in a bowl of cold water for about 15 minutes. Drain and serve immediately (e. g. in a salad) or cook for 5 minutes before adding to other cooked dishes. Please use fresh water for cooking and not the water that was used for soaking.
