How to prepare: Mix the pudding powder with 6 tablespoons of cold milk or milk substitute and 40g of Rapunzel Cristallino cane sugar or Rapadura whole cane sugar until smooth. Bring 500 ml milk or milk substitute to the boil, remove from the heat and stir in the smooth mix. Boil briefly again and then pour into a mould rinsed out with cold water. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
