Mix everything with an electric hand mixer on the highest level for approx. 2 minutes until the batter is smooth. Grease a spring form pan (10 diameter) and pour the batter into the pan. Bake in a preheated oven (400F) on the middle rack for approx. 25 minutes. To check if the cake is done, insert the tip of a knife in the middle of the cake. When you pull out the knife and no dough is sticking to it the cake is done. Loosen the cake immediately after baking with a knife from the spring form ring and let the cake cool off. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy!
