Now available is the basic ingredients to bake a perfect Cheese Cake conveniently in one box from Dr. Oetker. You'll need to add: Eggs, Margarine, Sugar, Low-fat Quark, and Yoghurt. Store cool and dry. Preheat you oven on 350F. Grease the spring form (approx. 10 diameter). Place the baking mixture into a bowl; add 3.5oz butter and 1 egg. Mix everything until you have streusel. Press 2/3 of the streusel on the bottom of the spring form until you created a smooth layer. Knead the remaining dough into a roll and lay into spring form. Press the roll evenly against the side of the spring form (approx. 2cm high). See picture. Melt 5.3oz (150g) butter. Place mixture for cake filling into a bowl. Add 3 eggs, 17oz (500g) quark and 10.7oz (300g) yoghurt. Mix everything with mixer until smooth. Fill the spring form and bake on bottom rack of your oven for approx. 55 minutes. Let cool of completely and serve. Enjoy!
