Mccormick Seafood Steamers Seasoning & Steaming Bag Garlic ButterCream Solids (Milk), Nonfat Dry Milk, Butter [Cream (Milk), Salt], Garlic, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Onion, Herb and Spice, Xanthan Gum, Silicon Dioxide (added to make free flowing), Cultured Whey (Milk), Soy Lecithin, and Annatto Extract.Makes 4 servings. Cook time: 6 to 7 minutes. Prep time: 5 minutes. Stand time: 5 minutes. You will need. 1 pkg. McCormick seafood steamers seasoning & steaming bag. 2/3 cup cold water. 1 lb. fish fillets, fresh or thawed (about 1/2-inch thick) *. Directions: 1. Mix seasoning and water with whisk until well blended. Place opened steaming bag in 2-quart microwavable dish. Arrange fish in single layer in bag. 2. Pour seasoning mixture over fish in bag to coat evenly. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape. 3. Microwave on high 6 to 7 minutes. Remove from microwave. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open bag. Remove fish; stir sauce before serving. Microwave ovens vary; cooking times are approximate. *For salmon or thicker fish fillets, cut fish into 4 serving-size pieces and increase water to 3/4 cup.
