Quaker Oat FlourOat Flour, Iron.Quaker Oat Flour. With iron con hierro. Heart healthy, 100% whole grain. Ready in 1 minute. *Three grams of soluble fiber daily from oatmeal, in a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce heart disease risk. This cereal has 2 grams per serving. Directions In a pitcher or glass, mix 3 tablespoons of Quaker oat flour with iron, 1 cup of milk or water, and 3 teaspoons of sugar. Stir with spoon or blender and serve very cold. May add vanilla or cinnamon to taste.Hot creamy oatmeal - for one serving (about 1-1/4 cups) .In a small pot, combine 1 cup milk, 3 tablespoons of Quaker oat flour with iron, 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt (optional). Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Serve without straining.Hot creamy oatmeal in microwave - for one serving (about 1-1/3 cups).In medium microwaveable bowl, combine 1-1/4 cups milk, 3 tablespoons of Quaker oat flour with iron, 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt (optional). Stir until well blended. Microwave on high power 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened, stirring every minute.
