The various Eaux-de-vie mature for at least two years in young Limousin oak barrels, in which the power of the first tannins unfolds wonderfully: ideal conditions for the creation of a straightforward, aromatic cognac. The lively assemblage consists of over 40 different Eaux-de-vie from the best locations of the Cognac region.
