Kayem Old Tyme Natural Casing FrankfurtersBeef And Pork, Water, Corn Syrup, and contains 2% or less of Salt, Potassium Lactate, Flavorings (including Extractives of Paprika), Dextrose, Sodium Diacetate, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Sodium Nitrite, in a Natural Lamb Casing.Keep refrigerated. Our frankfurters are fully cooked. Just heat to 160 degrees F and enjoy! Grilling: Grill over medium heat, browning evenly on both sides. To preserve juices, use tongs and avoid piercing the casing. Serve on a grilled buttered bun. Pan fry: Use medium heat. Cook 6-8 minutes. Turn frequently to brown evenly. Stove top: Bring water to a boil. Add frankfurters and reduce to a simmer. Heat 6-8 minutes. Microwave: Wrap frank in paper towel and microwave for 25-30 seconds (ovens vary) . Add 10 seconds for each additional frank. For kids: Cut frankfurter lengthwise, then slice into small pieces before serving. For best quality, purchase and use by date on package. After opening package, serve within 7 days.
