Famous Dave's Marinade BeefWater, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Distilled Vinegar, Soy Sauce (water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Tomato Paste, Salt, Worcestershire Sauce Concentrate (vinegar, Molasses, Corn Syrup, Water, Salt, Caramel Color, Garlic Powder, Sugar, Spices, Tamarind), Molasses, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Apple Cider Vinegar, Spices, Dried Chipotle Chili Peppers, Modified Wheat Starch, Brown Sugar, Natural Smoke Flavor, Xanthan Gum, Apple Juice Concentrate, Natural Flavors, Mustard Seed, Beef Fat, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Lime Juice Concentrate, Freeze-dried Orange Peel, Dried Garlic, Onion Powder, Beef Stock, Chicken Fat, Monosodium Glutamate, Sodium Benzoate And Potassium Sorbate (preservatives) Chicken Broth, Caramel Color, Citric Acid, Turmeric (color)For best results, place meat in an air tight food storage bag and pour in marinade. Be sure to coat all sides of meat. Try to remove air from bag while sealing. Store in refrigerator for at least two hours, for best results overnight. Refrigerate after opening. Discard used marinade. I use chipotle peppers along with fresh herbs and spices in this flavorful marinade. Great with steaks, burgers or tenderloins.
