From Frozen: 15-20 minutes; From Thawed: 10-15 minutes. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) . Bake salmon skin-side down on non-stick baking pan. From Frozen: 15-20 minutes; From Thawed: 10-15 minutes. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Thawing: Thaw overnight in bag in the refrigerator, or in inner vacuum sealed bag under cold water for 20-30 minutes. Safe Handling: Do not refreeze thawed fish; store in refrigerator and use within 2 days. Fish is cooked when it appears opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking Tips: For additional flavor, marinate thawed fillet in refrigerator for a maximum 2 hours before cooking. Allow longer cooking time for thicker fillets. For best results cook from thawed.
