Southwest style hash browns*. Made from fresh potatoes. Directions *Cook before serving.Easy cooking directions:Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add potatoes to skillet. Spread in an even layer; press down lightly with spatula. Cook 6-7 minutes, or until golden brown on the bottom. Drizzle with an additional 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Turn potatoes over with a spatula (do this in sections) . Continue to cook 6-8 minutes, making sure potatoes have reached a temperature of 165 degrees F for 2 minutes.*Note: during cooking, potatoes must reach a temperature of 165 degrees F for 2 minutes. Do not eat until fully cooked. Always use hot pads or insulated gloves when handling heated product.Use within 7 days after opening.Long Description
