Simply Potatoes New Potato Wedges (20 Oz)Potatoes, Dextrose, Salt, Disodium Dihydrogen Pyrophosphate (Added to Maintain Color), Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Bisulfite (Added to Maintain Freshness).*Cook before serving. Keep refrigerated. Do not freeze. Easy cooking directions: oven: preheat oven to 450 F. spray baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray. Arrange one package potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet. Spray potato wedges with vegetable cooking spray. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until potato wedges reach a minimum of 160 F. continue baking until potatoes are golden brown and tender. Skillet: melt 2 tbsp. Butter or margarine in a 12 - non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add one package potatoes to skillet. Cover & cook potatoes for 15-20 minutes until potatoes reach a minimum of 160 F. continue to cook until golden brown and tender. *Note: potatoes are a heat and serve product.
