Diced PotatoesPotatoes, Dextrose, Disodium Pyrophosphate (added to maintain Color), Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Bisulfite (added to maintain freshness).Keep refrigerated. Cook before serving. Simple Steps to Delicious Potatoes: Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat; Add potatoes. Cover with lid; Cook 12-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes. Note: During cooking, potatoes must reach a temperature of 165 degrees F for 2 minutes. Do not eat until fully cooked. For best quality and cooking results, do not freeze.
