Slow cook at 220 degrees F or 104 degrees C uncovered on rack for approximately: 4.5kg - 5.5 to 7.5 hours; 6.5kg - 7.5 to 9.5 hours.Cooking times may vary - refer to internal temperature for best results. When desired temperature is reached carefully transfer rack with Turducken to safe area to cool. Cover with tin foil and allow to rest 30 minutes.Important notes:Do not cook from frozen state.
