Directions Keep frozen.To defrost, you can thaw your Turducken in the refrigerator for 5 days, or for rapid thawing place in sink or bucket with cool water for 24 hours.Cooking instructions:Use internal temperature as primary indicator for best results (165 degrees - 170 degrees F or 73.5 degrees - 76.5 degrees C) . Slow cook at 220 degrees F or 104 degrees C uncovered on rack for approximately: 4.5kg - 5.5 to 7.5 hours; 6.5kg - 7.5 to 9.5 hours.Cooking times may vary - refer to internal temperature for best results. When desired temperature is reached carefully transfer rack with Turducken to safe area to cool. Cover with tin foil and allow to rest 30 minutes.Important notes:Do not cook from frozen state.
