Reviews Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 20 reviewers. Rated 5 out of 5 by Bargeman Jackpot - Large, fresh and great value I must have hit the jackpot with these eggs. Egg sizes are V. Large 73g+; Large 63-73g; Medium 53-63g; Small under 53g. I received 13 large, 1 borderline large/medium and 1 medium. The average weight was 66g, well into the large category. Total weight was 995 compared to the advertised 805g which would give an average of 53g or borderline medium/smsll. They were 5 days old which is excellent - most supermarket eggs are 1-2 weeks old, typically around 10 days. (You can tell the age by working backwards from the Best Before date which has to be no more than 28 days from the laying date) . The only downside was that the last time I tried to order them I was substituted. Maybe it's because they are such great value that they sell out and therefore usually fresh. February 18, 2015 Rated 5 out of 5 by Dadof3 15 free range eggs for 2 pound These eggs are great free range and 15 eggs for the price of 6 we order these eggs every time and just the right amount for the week {family of five} February 4, 2015 Rated 5 out of 5 by Bigears71 Exceptionally Good I've bought these free range eggs a few times now as not only are they value for money but they taste Exceptionally Good Great When Baking are just for a simple omelette some or double yolks but back to the egg if your into cooking are love ye eggs id recommend Giving these a Bash where else can u get 15 eggs for the same price and taste Lush!! January 24, 2015 Rated 5 out of 5 by SonjaMumToDiohandi 15 instead of multiple of 6 is great As an average family of 2 adults and 2 young children, we use eggs quite a lot. We found that the 15 egg pack was a lot more convenient for the time in between 'major' shopping trips. As they are free range, that makes it better in taste, too. We don't opt for organic as we consider that any free range hen will have access to organic matter by default. December 11, 2014 Rated 5 out of 5 by Cathyf Good Value Free Range Eggs I always buy these eggs now. They a super value, free range eggs, similar in price to battery eggs which I would not buy under any circumstances. I usually find most of them to be in the medium to large range, so why pay more for a box just to have someone cherry pick possibly slightly larger, uniform eggs. Yes I have had a few smaller ones - but it does say mixed weight - so you just have to use your judgement when baking; if they are on the small side I chuck another one in - job done :-) December 8, 2014 Rated 3 out of 5 by Arlan Good Eggs, Definitely Not Mixed Though... There is nothing wrong with the eggs but, unless the eggs I received were something of an egg-ception, these are all small eggs ...as in _uniformly_ small eggs... November 18, 2014 Rated 5 out of 5 by Zana711 Great fresh eggs at a great price I've bought these for a few times now and the eggs are always fresh. Yes, it's mixed weight but if you plan to use the eggs for breakfast (and not for baking where you need exact weight), these are great value free range eggs. November 9, 2014 Rated 5 out of 5 by c00kie The freshest Supermarket eggs These eggs are the freshest supermarket eggs I have ever bought, as these are the only ones that when you crack the egg open, the albumen (white) isn't all gone to water. Its actually thick and holds its shape in the pan. Some of the eggs are a bit small, but these eggs are obviously from young pullets just starting out laying. Ideal for baking with.
