Specially when made with sainsburys in house baked farmhouse bread. Top notch for cooking also, I'm newly converted to this bacon having shied away from streaky bacon for years. In my packet as the rashers were actually quite lean the loss of the ends of the rashers meant that the fat content for covering a lean joint of meat was not sufficient for my purposes. They used to be bacon. Now they are composed entirely of fat. My frying pan is filled with liquid fat because of them during cooking, and dries to a thick layer of white fat afterwards.
