Rated 5 out of 5 by SurreyMum35 Great when grilled We don't normally use streaky bacon due to the high fat content, but these are sliced very thinly and when grilled crisp up great. I haven't had the problems mentioned by the other reviewers so far. For Christmas pigs' blankets, I wrapped this bacon around Sainsbury's Taste the Difference cocktail sausages - half a piece of bacon per sausage and then grilled for 10 minutes each side. Not sure about the other review, but these had only a small amount of fat, and cooked very nicely, not exuding tons of water like cheaper bacon. They used to be bacon. Now they are composed entirely of fat. My frying pan is filled with liquid fat because of them during cooking, and dries to a thick layer of white fat afterwards.
