Caffee Maya brings you a taste from the past The Arabica coffee plant sits on a height of 1200 to 1900 meters above sea level, from there you can see the Pacific Ocean. The breeze arrives, giving it a unique value, because next to the clouds the plantations are covered with dew. Our Coffee plant is cultivated under natural shade of trees with special characteristics that the growers call "apodar los arboles" so that the plantations they covered can be developed. ​The coffee bean also gets it sweetness from the natural water springs it drinks from. Using water that the natives call new born water. A gift from the earth its self. From the mountain the fresh harvest is carried by live stock to the grain transformation center as no vehicles have access to the steep hill side. Due to the complexity of acquiring the Arabica Denominacion Pluma coffee and the limited crop that is produce yearly, our monthly and yearly stock will be limited. Our farmers can and will only produce a coffee that is high in quality while taking into consideration the principles of caring for the environment and human health as they are fundamental.
