Microwave on high power for 3 minutes.4. Carefully remove from microwave, pull back film, and stir.5. Continue heating for an additional 2 to 3 minutes and stir.6. Let stand for 2 minutes prior to serving.Stove top*:1. Remove board overwrap and film.2. Empty contents of tray into sauce pan.3. Place on stove top over medium heat.4. Heat and stir until hot.5.
