Claude Thorin XO Cognac Grande Champagne
Short Description
It is a Cognac of assembly of very old cognacs resulting from Grande Champagne classified Premier Cru and of which the youngest is 10 years old.
The dress is bright light amber
Nose and mouth: harmonious with a nice balance between dried fruits such as apricot, plum from Ante with a very long finish
To be tasted in a tulip or balloon glass to capture the layers of scents from flowers to spices from the Orient. Very interesting as a long drink with a citrus fruit schweppes.
The Claude Thorin vineyard, located in Grande Champagne de Cognac, classified Premier Cru from the region was founded by André Thorin in 1950, and is currently managed by his son Claude.
This vineyard spreads on a hundred hectares and the wineries that shelter its cognacs are more than a hundred years old.
