It is a blend cognac from Grande Champagne, classified Premier Cru of the Cognac region, aged for more than 20 years in Limousin oak barrels.
Its length is superb with a rather bitter hint, a rare characteristic of cognacs but which gives it its complexity and originality.
The color is cuba mahogany.
To be enjoyed at the end of a meal with dark chocolates or slightly nutty milk.
