It is a rosé from Provence, a vintage exclusively from the Château Minuty vineyard planted on the edge of the Golf de Saint Tropez.

It is a parcel wine made exclusively from vines that have been planted for more than 15 years.

The color is crystalline pink.

On the nose and on the palate: aromas and flavors of fruit with white flowers such as vine peach or nectarine, mingling intimately with the iodine hints blown from this gulf of the Mediterranean.

Splendid finish with a very nice minerality

Food / wine pairing: scallops on a bed of leeks, flavored with Noilly Prat vermouth. Perfect on scallop tartare with citrus fruits, an extraordinary combination.

1930 - The Birth of Château Minuty:

It was Gabriel Farnet who completely replanted the estate and restored all of its splendor to Château Minuty, built under Napoleon III, as well as the small chapel which gave its name to the Cuvée de l'Oratoire, long remained the emblem of the Château. In 1955, Château Minuty was one of the 23 properties to be distinguished as a Cru Classé des Côtes de Provence.

1960 - Replanting of Château Minuty:

Monique Farnet, daughter of Gabriel, and her husband Etienne Matton replanted the traditional Provençal grape varieties (tibouren, rolle, grenache) and initiated the limited and low yields for a high quality of vinification.

1990 - The influence of Minuty:

Today, Jean-Etienne and François Matton, the children, a third generation have taken over. They continue to restructure the vineyard, replacing Carignan and Ugni Blanc with Grenache and Rolle.

A 70-hectare estate in sustainable cultivation with an annual production of around 500,000 bottles depending on the year. Vines aged on average 25 years on shistous soils.
