Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature Champagne
Short Description
A blend of long tradition at the Maison de Champagne Laurent Perrier since it was produced, for the first time, in 1991 from the best slopes planted with Chardonnay grapes exclusively on the Grands and Premiers Crus of the prestigious Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims: Avize, Cramant, Oiry, Chouilly, Tours sur Marne, Villers-Marmery and Rilly la Montagne.
The wine remains in the cellar for 5 years for perfect aging before shipment.
The origins of the wines and aging are unchanged to this day, revealing, year after year and with the same expertise, the qualitative paroxysms of this great champagne, chiseled with the greatest art of the Master of cellars.
The color is shiny gold with very fine streaks of shiny green.
The nose, in the first attack, takes pleasure with fragrances of white flowers such as acacia, lychee and bergamot from southern Italy, followed by a long series of more structured flavors on the brioche, fresh butter with a fine touch of toast.
The palate is full-bodied and very round with touches of citrus fruits such as Menton lemon, Corsican clementine subtly enveloped in a fine hint of minerality.
Serve at around 10 to 12 ° C with caviar blinis, foie gras canapés, smoked trout rolls and Bayonne or Pata Negra ham from Spain.
