Billecart-Salmon Brut Sous-Bois Champagne
Short Description
It is a blend of three grape varieties from the Champagne region: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.
It is vinified in the undergrowth, that is to say in oak barrels.
Beautiful shiny gold dress
On the nose and on the palate: very nice vinosity mixed with the freshness of fruit with a finish on notes of mushrooms and acacia honey.
To be served at around 10 ° C as an aperitif or with noble fish such as sea bass or Turbot fillets with Champagne. Will also go perfectly well with white meats.
