Laurent-perrier Harmony Demi-sec This non-vintage Champagne is composed of 45% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 15% Meunier and is exactly the same wine as the LP Brut, except for a big increase in dosage. Dosage is the sugar that is added after the yeast left over from the natural secondary fermentation in the bottle is removed. The Brut has about 12 grams per liter, while the demi-sec has 45 grams. This is perfect Champagne to have with dessert and an elegant way to treat a sweet tooth! It is a very toasty style that is sweet without being heavy.
