Prima Familia Italian Style Meatballs (11 Oz)BEEF, PORK, MECHANICALLY SEPARATED TURKEY (WITH NATURAL FLAVOR), WATER, TEXTURED SOY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE (WITH CARAMEL COLOR), DEXTROSE, SALT, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, SOY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE, ONION, SPICES, GARLIC POWDER, PARSLEY, HYDROLYZED SOY PROTEIN, ROMANO CHEESE (MADE WITH SHEEP'S AND/OR COW'S MILK), CHEESE WHEY SOLIDS, DRIED WHOLE EGGS, SODIUM PHOSPHATE AND NATURAL FLAVOR.Keep frozen. Heating Instructions: To Heat on Stovetop - Place frozen meatballs in a sauce pan and add enough sauce to cover the meatballs. Place lid on saucepan and heat on medium, stirring occasionally for 25 minutes or until hot. To Bake in Oven - Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Place frozen meatballs in a single layer on a baking pan. Heat for 15 minutes or until hot. Microwave Instructions: Prior to heating, arrange meatballs in a circle on a microwave-safe dish and cover. Always heat on High (100%) . Heat for 15 seconds per meatball. Rotate dish 1/4 turn and heat for an additional 15 seconds per meatball or until hot. To heat meatballs in gravy or sauce: Heat meatballs for 1-1/2 minutes. Add one can of gravy (10-12 oz) or one jar of spaghetti sauce (14-16 oz); stir to coat meatballs. Heat for an additional 2-3 minutes until hot, stirring once. Heating could change nutritional values. Heating times are approximate and may vary.
