Skillet Fry - Place frozen burgers in uncooked skillet. Fry on medium setting for approximately 9 min. on each side (18 min. total) . Cooking times are approximate, Always cook patties to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Oven Broiler - Preheat broiler for 4 minutes. Place frozen burgers on broiler rack, or pan on oven rack closest to broiler. Broil for 6 minutes on each side (12 min. total). Charcoal Grill - Cook frozen burgers on grill approximately 1-1/2 to 2 inches over hot coals. Grill approximately 9 minutes on each side ( 18 min. total). Cooking times are approximate. Always cook patties to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Cooking ground beef to 160 degrees F kills harmful bacteria which could cause serious illness.
