Directions Tips & tricks: Make sandwich cookies by spreading your favorite variety of Pillsbury frosting on the flat sides of baked, cooled cookies. Press two cookies gently together to form sandwiches. Remove cap and foil seal from container of your favorite Pillsbury Creamy Supreme frosting. Microwave on high 20 to 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. Dip one half of each cooled cookie into frosting, removing excess by scraping bottom of cookie on side of container. Sprinkle frosted area with decorator sprinkles. Let stand until set. All you need:1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter. 1 egg. Baking instructions:1. Set oven to 375 degrees F. *For best results, butter should be completely softened or slightly melted. To soften butter directly from the refrigerator, heat in microwave unwrapped for 10 to 15 seconds. Margarine or spread may be used in place of butter. 2. Combine cookie mix, softened butter and egg in medium bowl. Mix until soft dough is formed. Form dough by rounded teaspoons. Place onto ungreased baking sheet 2 inches apart. 3. Bake at 375 degrees F 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are set. Allow to cool for 2 minutes before removing from baking sheet. Store cookies in airtight container.
