Lightlife Smart Ground Mexican StyleWater, Textured Soy Protein Concentrate, less than 2% of: Spices, Malt Extract, Yeast Extract, Chicory Extract (Inulin), Dried Onions, Corn Starch, Barley Malt Extract, Dried Garlic, Evaporated Cane Syrup, Paprika, Salt, Sea Salt, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Wheat), Soybean Oil, Torula Yeast, Molasses, Soy Flour, Soy Lecithin, Wheat Starch, Natural Flavor (from Plant Sources).Keep refrigerated. Skillet (Our Favorite) : Lightly coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray; preheat over medium heat. Add Smart Ground break up crumbles. Cook and stir 4 to 6 minutes. Microwave (1,100 Watts): Place Smart Ground on microwave-safe plate and break up crumbles. Cover with paper towel and heat on 100% power 2 to 3 minutes or until hot. Stir before serving. For Food Safety: Keep refrigerated. Use or freeze within 3-5 days of opening.
