For Frosting: 8 Tbsp butter, room temperature; 2 cups powdered sugar; 2 Tbsp milk. Cupcakes: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line muffin pan with 12 baking cups (not included). 2. Combine cupcake mix, butter, water and eggs in mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix on low until combined. Pour batter evenly among baking cups. 3. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool completely. 4. Assemble aprons by interlocking ends and set one cupcake in each apron. Frosting: 1. Beat butter with mixer on high until light and fluffy, about 1 minute. 2. Add frosting mix and powdered sugar; beat on low until combined. 3. Add milk and beat on high until creamy, about 1 minute. Decorate: 1. To fill piping bag, insert bag into a glass and pull edges over rim of glass to hold bag open. Use a spatula to fill with frosting. Twist top of the bag to secure. Cut 3/4 inch off tip of bag. Gently squeeze frosting to dispense. 2. Pipe a base of frosting on each cupcake. Next, start at the top of the cupcake and make a vertical line of frosting down the middle, then zig zag one half of cupcake back to where you started. Repeat vertical line and zig zag on other half to finish the brains! Product Details Makes 12 cupcakes.
