Jiffy Oatmeal Muffin MixWheat Flour, Brown Sugar, Rolled Oats, Animal Shortening (contains One Or More Of The Following: Lard, Hydrogenated Lard, Partially Hydrogenated Lard), Sugar, Leavening (sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Baking Soda, Monocalcium Phosphate), Contains Less Than 2% Of Each Of The Following: Salt, Cinnamon, Natural & Artificial Flavor, Niacin, Reduced iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic AcidYield 6 to 8 muffins depending on size. Oatmeal Muffins Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin pans, or use paper baking cups. 1 pkg. Oatmeal Muffin Mix 1 egg 1/3 cup milk Blend ingredients. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Fill muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Oatmeal Cookies (1 to 1 1/2 dozen) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 1 pkg. Oatmeal Muffin Mix 3 tbsp milk 1 egg 1 tbsp oil or melted shortening 1/3 cup raisins if desired In a small bowl blend ingredients well. Drop dough by teaspoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet while still warm.
