Full Circle All Natural Basmati Oats & LentilsPre-cooked Whole Grain Basmati Rice, Pre-cooked Whole Grain Oats, Red Split Lentils, Pre-cooked Yellow Split LentilsCooking: Stovetop (Pilaf Method) : 1. Combine 1/2 cup of product and 1-1/2 cups water or broth in a 2 quart pot. Bring to boil over high heat, reduce to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes. 2. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes in covered saucepot. Drain any excess water, then fluff with a fork and season to taste. Stovetop (Alternative Pasta Method): 1. Bring a large pan of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt if required. 2. Add the contents of the pack and simmer for 10 minutes. 3. Drain through a sieve and season to taste. Microwave: 1. Combine 1/2 cup of product and 1 cup water or broth in a 2 quart microwave safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High power fir 8 minutes. 2. Carefully remove bowl from microwave and let stand 5 minutes. Drain any excess water, then fluff with a fork and season to taste. Store in a cool, dry and clean place, away from strong light and odors. Once opened reseal the bag. Great addition for meat, poultry & fish.
