Cooking instructions:Remove tray from outer box before preparing. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Microwave:Thaw in refrigerator overnight, or defrost in microwave for 4-4 1/2 minutes. Using a fork, poke several small holes in the plastic film. After defrosting, microwave on high for 3 1/2-4 minutes. Allow entree to rest for 2 minutes. Remove plastic film before serving. Cooking times may vary depending on microwave. Conventional oven:Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Using a fork, poke several small holes in the plastic film. Place tray on a baking sheet on the middle rack of oven.
