Short Description
Food Club Milk, Instant Nonfat DryNonfat Dry Milk, vitamin a Palmitate, Vitamin D3For 8 fl oz glass (1 cup) : add 1/3 cup of nonfat dry milk to 7/8 cup of cold water and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate after mixing. To make one quart: add 1 envelope (1-1/3 cup) of instant milk into 3-3/4 cups of water. Stir until dissolved. Refrigerate after mixing. For best flavor: store in a tightly sealed glass container and refrigerate overnight before serving. For cooking and baking: prepared nonfat dry milk can be used in place of regular milk, in the same amount stated in the recipe. Nonfat hot chocolate: combine in saucepan, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 4 tablespoons sugar and 1-1/2 cups nonfat dry milk. Add 3 cups hot water and stir. Heat to serving temperature and add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla. Makes 6 servings.Long Description
