Betty Crocker Home Style Fluffy White Frosting Mix, 7.2 OzSugar, Dextrose, Egg White, Modified Corn Starch, Corn Starch, Cream of Tartar, Salt, Gelatin, Cellulose Gum, Artificial Flavor, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (a Whipping Aid) .Directions You Will Need: 1/2 cup boiling water Tips: Be sure bowl and utensils are clean. Use 1 tablespoon less water in humid weather. Using a stand (not hand) electric mixer will give best results. Make immediately before spreading on cake. 1. Beat frosting mix and 1/2 cup boiling water in small glass or metal bowl on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on high speed 5 to 7 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally, until stiff peaks form. 2. Frost 13x9-inch cake, 8- or 9-inch 2-layer cake,* 10-inch angel food cake or 4 dozen cupcakes. Store cake loosely covered. *To frost 2-layer cake, brush crumbs from cake. Place 1 layer, top side down, on plate. Spread 1/2 cup frosting almost to edge.
