Short Description
Black Swan Hommus Dip sheets frozen Puff Pastry 300g Black Swan Hommus 2 Eggs lightly beaten 1 bunch Mint finely chopped Method 1. Preheat oven to 220; C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. 2. Place the Black Swan Hommus in a bowl, add half the lightly beaten egg and add the chopped mint. 3. Using a 10cm round cutter, cut 5 rounds from each pastry sheet. Brush the edge of rounds with egg. 4. Spoon 1 level tablespoon of mixture onto each round. Spread to a 5cm log. 5. Fold up 2 sides of pastry to enclose log. Pinch to seal. Twist ends to form points. 6. Place on prepared trays. Brush with remaining egg. 7. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden and puffed. 8. Stand for 4 minutes before serving.
