The glaze does not dry out completely and stays supple and creamy. It does not crack or crumble when cut and stays beautifully shiny. The recipe contains real cocoa butter and therefore has an intensely aromatic chocolate taste. How to use: Place the chocolate glaze container with the lid on for about 10 minutes in a warm water bath. The water temperature should be at around 40°C and make sure that the water does not boil. Alternatively, you can heat it without the lid at 600W in the microwave for 25 - 30 seconds. Stir well, add 1-2 teaspoons of water if necessary and mix quickly. One package is enough for a cake with a diameter of 22 cm. Tip: Coat your cakes with a thin layer of jam before glazing.
